At Alpha Tool Supplies, we are able to periodically service the crimping tools that you have purchased.
We offer full collection and delivery service to make it easier for you to return the tool back to us for inspection.
If your tool is in need of repair, we may be able to repair under warranty, if purchased within 2 years (Alpha Press) or advise on what is required to return the tool back to you in perfect working order.
Our specialist testing equipment able to measure and analyse tool performance and, if required, we hold stock of replacement parts to enable us to repair.
If required, we can issue a test calibration certificate.
Service Charges:
Service Only (Electro/Hydraulic Tool) – £75.00 + VAT
Jaws Inspection & Test – £10.00 + VAT (for each jaw)
Service & Calibration – £89.50 + VAT (With Certificate)
Repair – £On Request TBA
Collection & Delivery – £16.00 + VAT (Subject to 1x standard size package and less than 18kg)
